2. Product Fulfillment & Vendors

We offer products sourced and fulfilled through two distinct channels:

  1. Print-on-Demand (POD): Items made to order featuring custom designs. Production begins after an order is placed.

  2. Third-Party Vendor Goods: Items sourced directly from independent manufacturers, brand partners, or suppliers.

Because products may ship from different fulfillment centers or supplier locations, orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

  • Pricing & Availability: All prices are displayed in USD (unless otherwise specified) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without liability.

  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

  • Payment Terms: Payment is due at the time of order placement. By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use that payment method.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing Times: Production and vendor handling times vary based on the item type and supplier location. Estimated handling times will be indicated at checkout or on individual product pages.

  • Shipping Estimates: Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Sweat Equity is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs delays, or incorrect shipping address information provided by the customer.

  • Customs, Duties & Taxes: For international orders, you are responsible for all applicable customs fees, duties, taxes, or tariffs levied by your destination country.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Store Content: All designs, graphics, logos, images, branding, text, and software on this website are the property of Sweat Equity or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

  • Design Protection: Print-on-demand designs, logos, artwork, and branding created or owned by Sweat Equity may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, or resold without our express written permission.

6. Third-Party Links & Tools

Certain content, products, and services available via our website may include materials from third parties. Third-party links on this site may direct you to external websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of third-party sites and will not have any liability for any third-party materials or websites.

7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranties

  • As-Is Service: Our website and all products delivered to you through the Service are provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use, without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied.

  • Liability Cap: In no case shall Sweat Equity, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, arising from your use of any of the services or any products procured using the service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sweat Equity, our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
